In the morning at 11:30am sharp, you hear the intercom speakers blare loudly across the entire airport, perfectly audible no matter where you are.

All passengers, please report to Terminal 0 Gate Area effective immediately. All passengers, please report to Terminal 0 Gate Area effective immediately...

...But that's so far...! Groan. Still—even if you try your best to resist, you'll find your body moving against your will and taking you all the way over there anyway. After what feels like forever of walking, you'll arrive to the gate and see that a few things are different. Most of you probably had a feeling this is what you should expect, right?

The gate has been refurnished a little bit for the proceedings today. The metal gates will not let anyone out of the Gate Area without permission, but at least there's some snacks set out, and Allstars Coffee is still open in case you need a coffee break. Your Hosts await you near the front behind the counters, carrying various, but all expectant attitudes. After all, we knew this was coming.

Welcome to trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will need to discuss the circumstances, investigate relevant locations, and put together theories about the truth behind this week's murders!

Trial will last from 9am PST/12pm EST until 6pm PST/9pm PST. There will be an hour-long break starting 1pm PST/4pm EST; while players are free to continue tagging during this time, it is intended to allow players to take a minute to eat, rest, what have you.

Lastly, voting is mandatory. Please be absolutely sure to get your IC vote in before the end of trial, or there are severe IC consequences!

DM the mods if you intend to use a curse during trial. Curse duration may be altered or subject entirely to mod approval depending on how many curses are in play. Curse duration must end before break.

The other stuff depends on where exactly Strohl is looking!! It's such a vast expanse of skin. ]

And they're on the back side! IT'S NOT A HICKEY. The bruises on his neck are kind of small and precise. They are... bruise colour. Like a dark maroon?? ]

[ how many are there? do they form any shape? spaced apart a certain way? and maroon - as in relatively fresh? ]

[ On his shoulders, there's just two on each side of his neck. They look relatively fresh but it's hard to gauge without knowing how dark they were initially.

There's no shape, but maybe Strohl would know it's the kind of hit you'd land to knock someone out quick. ]

[ fun fact: my favorite archetype to use on strohl beyond his own is brawler!!!! so yes! he sure would!! SHAKES ]

...Going to check your hair.

[ if he imitates that strike...with his hand... you know what i mean like puts his hand in the correct position, and sets his hand there (not actually hit him) would the marks have been made by someone relatively close to strohl's size? he's not saying anything yet, just setting his hand there as if bracing very gently.

[ I guess you're checking size by like... the angle... of the bruises? In which case, yes. It does look like it's made by someone close to Strohl's size.

His hair is clean! Smells nice like shampoo. ]
