In the morning at 11:30am sharp, you hear the intercom speakers blare loudly across the entire airport, perfectly audible no matter where you are.
...But that's so far...! Groan. Still—even if you try your best to resist, you'll find your body moving against your will and taking you all the way over there anyway. After what feels like forever of walking, you'll arrive to the gate and see that a few things are different. Most of you probably had a feeling this is what you should expect, right?
The gate has been refurnished a little bit for the proceedings today. The metal gates will not let anyone out of the Gate Area without permission, but at least there's some snacks set out, and Allstars Coffee is still open in case you need a coffee break. Your Hosts await you near the front behind the counters, carrying various, but all expectant attitudes. After all, we knew this was coming.

Welcome to trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will need to discuss the circumstances, investigate relevant locations, and put together theories about the truth behind this week's murders!
Trial will last from 9am PST/12pm EST until 6pm PST/9pm PST. There will be an hour-long break starting 1pm PST/4pm EST; while players are free to continue tagging during this time, it is intended to allow players to take a minute to eat, rest, what have you.
Lastly, voting is mandatory. Please be absolutely sure to get your IC vote in before the end of trial, or there are severe IC consequences!
DM the mods if you intend to use a curse during trial. Curse duration may be altered or subject entirely to mod approval depending on how many curses are in play. Curse duration must end before break.

[ And then he will head into the museum! He's keeping his gaze on the ground and the walls to see if there's any footsteps/marks leading in or out of the museum as he heads in, and then he'll take a quick look at the general state, e.g., are the exhibits knocked over, is it looking messy? ]

but here we go, uhhhh he's going to give a sweep overhead as they enter, as well as having a look at/around the entry way itself before moving further in, including on the floor for anything that may have dropped or left a mark - is there anything around the entryway or walls near it or on the floor here at all to begin with just so we don't miss it later. ]

strohl, heading towards the cheese waterfall, will be able to see that the drips at the entrance also head in the direction of the cheese waterfall, ending in a bloody and cheesy mess close to the waterfall. he doesn't get any response to shaking his treats, though.
artemy won't see anything overhead, but since he is checking the entryway area in detail, he will notice that in addition to the blood drips leading into the museum, the ground around the doorway is a bit dusty and you'll want to be a careful where you step. hopefully he notices that in time for rin and strohl to not stop through it?]

well. welcome to the golf course, we've got model planes... she's actually going to beeline right for the animatronic crocodile and look in its mouth. ]

tama can do that! she will find this sweet crocodile looks so normal. he is a sweet and lovable animatronic crocodile whose mouth has balls in it and he's normal. there's perhaps a vulnerable sadness in his eyes, as though he knows he has been the subject of a cruel whisper campaign based only on the assumed malevolence of his species even though he has done nothing but consume your balls. tama might also find a small black feather among the gathered golf balls by the crocodile, and there's another black feather on the grass nearby next to a small indentation in the grass.
as she's beelining for sweet crocs, tama may or may not happen to observe that this place is on fire.]

SIMULATION ROOM

It's a drip trail that leads from the right side of the map to the Sim Room. You cannot see any distinct footprints in it but if you squint as a tracker, you get the sense it may be two trails based on the blood drip pattern.
Maya looks everywhere... and finds... odd scuff marks on the walls? ]

at first glance, there is a blood trail outside the door. it's a horrific mess inside. uh oh sisters. ]

how are our elvises? elvii? whatever. he's also going to venture ahead to see if the kitchen is still locked to them or if people can go inside in these special instances. ]

the mess is the type that you'd expect from a fight. a table wreckage, the counter a mess, shards of glass and dishware everywhere. even the wall of elvis our lord and savior has been affected. do you people know no mercy?
the elvii (plural for multiple elvis) have had their frames shattered, poor souls. he might need to linger here for a second to take inventory of their destruction or he can try the kitchen if he wants ]

and is there blood or anything on the floor if kazuki carefully starts picking his way through the mess? is the floor itself damaged at all?
he'll also look at the tables and chairs, and under if possible as he slowly makes his way toward the counter. is there a clear direction in this fight or is everything just wrecked? is anything showing less or no damage? is there any sign of what could have made the damage, like gunshots, rhinestones, a blade, or is it just like blunt force broke everything? ]
